Memories in the Night by Sailor Hematite (ironmouse@mailcity.com)

Well this fanfic seems like another spur of the moment fanfics but this
 one wont be short/senseless.  i'm writing one that will will be the 

same subject of this one but just short/sensless. i am not going to 
tell you the title so just look for anything by me that has to do with 
one of the two main characters in this story: Minako and Yaten. I 
honostly think out of all the "available" inner senshi the one most 
likely to fall for Yaten would be Minako. I dont know what he's like 
even though I heard he was a jerk in the series. In this fic the 
starlights are living on earth because their home was completely 
destroyed and they dont have their transformation powers.

Memories in the Night


	She stood there on the grass thinking of the past weekend.  It 
had been the happiest weekend in her whole life.  She had spent it with 
the man she loved.  It had been just them two...together.
	
	He walked out and silently stood next to her.  He broke the 
long moment of silence by asking, "Minako-chan. Is anything wrong?"  
She just sat there laughing inwardly at the question.

	She quickly and forcefully gave him a hug which made him fall 
down with her on top. "Why would anything be wrong?  I love you so 
much." She stared into his green* eyes and they kissed.

	"You were out here...because of what happened last night 
right?" he asked as she thought back.  It had been a Saturday night and 
they had been in the small cabin since around noon the day earlier.

	She had been inside thinking about ways to tell him about her 
love for him when she noticed he wasnt inside.  He had been outside 
staring up in the sky.  She slipped out the back door to see him by the 
lake.  She snuck up behind him and gave him a hug nearly making him 
fall down in the water.  He turned around.

	"What was that for Minako?" she blushed when she realized what 
she had done. She decided to make a lame excuse, "I wanted you to fall 
in the water so you'd get all wet."

	Man that was dumb, she thought.  He looked down at her and she 
looked up at him.  His beautiful green eyes...I could melt just staring 
in them.  She quickly turned away as she noticed she was blushing.

	"You know what I was looking at Minako?  I was looking at the 
planet of the most beautiful senshi.  Do you know what planet that is?" 
he asked as she shook her head.  "It was the planet...Venus. Oh god 
Minako, I have to tell you now.  Its been held in so long.  Ever since 
we came back, you know because we needed a home.  I have never felt 
this feeling before.  You probably know because you are the senshi of 
this feeling..." She cut off at this point.

	"Yaten do you mean you.."

	"Yes I do.  You probably dont feel..."

	"YES I DO!" she yelled as she hugged him.  That night under the 
stars they promised to always love one another.  She also thought of 
the past guys she thought she loved. She knew this feeling was totally 
different from the one that she used to thought was love.  I'm supposed 
to be the senshi of love and not till now did i ever know the feeling.
